How does year-round rental work?
As long as you have commissioned the agency:
- Gather the necessary papers for the rental file (diagnosis, surface area, risk assessment, ernmt...)
- undertakes to use all promotional and communication means to find a tenant and ensures the solvency and reliability of the latter
- draws up the contract and ensures compliance with it
- carries out the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure and the water and electricity readings
- takes care of any maintenance and/or repair work that may be required of the owner, in consultation with the latter (drawing up of estimates)...
- ensures the accounting management: evolution and collection of rents as well as the calculation and regularisation of the instalments of rental charges
