Rent your accommodation in Arêches Beaufort in 6 easy steps

You wish to rent a quality accommodation in Arêches-Beaufort ? Nothing could be easier with Arêches Immobilier ! Your reservation is done in 6 steps.
 

1. Reservation

Once you have chosen the accommodation you want, you can either book on the website or by contacting us directly. The accommodation will be reserved for you for 10 days and you will have to send us a deposit of 30%.
You can pay this deposit by credit card on our website, or by holiday vouchers, cheque or bank transfer.
 

2. Rental agreement

On receipt of your deposit we will send you your rental contract in duplicate.
The reservation only takes effect when the deposit is paid.
 

3. Balance

You pay the balance of your stay 30 days before your arrival, as well as the tourist tax per person aged 18 and over per day.
 

4. Security deposit

A deposit of 300€ will be requested on arrival by cheque made out to Arêches Immobilier or by credit card.
This deposit will be returned to you by post within 15 days of your departure after our services have checked the accommodation you occupied.
 

5. State of play

On your arrival in the flat, we will give you an inventory of fixtures and a quick inventory that you will check and fill in yourself and that you will return to us within 72 hours of your arrival.
This same inventory will be used by our inspection team when you leave.
 

6. Delivery and return of the keys

- On arrival : your accommodation is available from 4pm, handing over the keys at the Arêches agency. For any arrival after 6pm, please contact us
- At the outset : you must have left your accommodation before 10am, and returned the keys to the agency in Arêches.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, except if you take the option of cleaning at the end of your stay.

Please ensure that the accommodation is returned to us in the condition in which you found it.
 
Classification of flats :
Heart: The agency's own ranking, which takes into account the location of the property, the atmosphere, the decoration and the equipment.
Star: Classification by an accredited organisation according to 112 criteria divided into 3 main chapters: facilities, customer services, accessibility and sustainable development. This classification is valid for 5 years, at the end of which time the owner must apply for a new classification if he wants his accommodation to continue to be classified.
